Avodha, the largest skill training platform is one of the best institutions for students who are facing unemployment due to the current situation in the world. Avodha started its journey on Nov 5th, 2018 as a Physical Institute with a different brand. Today, it is becoming an excellent solution to the crisis in lack of workability among students. We focus on providing a unique online to offline model to facilitate all-around education to our students. Avodha is involved in providing affordable learning options in the skill development space, the company provides skills training education along with the Income Sharing Agreement model, wherein students pay the fees only after they land a job. We believe that the quality of education is determined only by employability, so if the student is unable to land a job after learning the course, the very purpose of the course is to be detrimental. Avodha Skill Training Platform has only one mission- To teach job-oriented courses in vernacular language, which will help in improving retention and learning among students. We provide 23 courses in 6 different languages- Malayalam, English, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu. We could have launched over 100 courses if we wanted to but we curate courses only based on job availability. Companies are looking to hire skilled laborers, but due to the lack of skill, most of the college placements rates are so low. Companies are unable to find the type of skills they are looking for. We conduct extensive research to determine what kind of jobs are available in the market and based on that study Avodha builds out courses and course curriculum. By this, we ensure that our courses are industry-oriented and provide the best chances of employment for our students. We also ensure that the skills attained by our students are at par with Industry standards which matches the skills required for each company. We provide courses at an affordable rate of Rs 12800/- in total for each course student chooses. We conduct a 3-month online course + a 3-month internship program for each course. Students only have to pay Rs 2,800 as an admission fee and the rest of the fee can be settled in installments, once they find employment through their platform. We conduct live interactive sessions for doubt clearance in each course from Monday to Friday, also provide 24*7 customer service. Avodha understands that students can be confused when it comes to selecting a career, which is why at Avodha the student has the freedom to switch from one course to another until they find their passion. We do not collect any extra fees for this, Avodha wants the students to discover their passion since this is the best way to get them to a job as possible.
UI design and UX design are two of the most often confused and conflated terms in web and app design. They’re usually placed together in a single term, UI/UX design. The “UI” in UI design stands for “user interface.” The user interface is the graphical layout of an application. “UX” stands for “user experience.” A user’s experience of the app is determined by how they interact with it. So a UX designer decides how the user interface works while the UI designer decides how the user interface looks. This is a very collaborative process, and the two design teams tend to work closely together. As the UX team is working out the flow of the app, how all of the buttons navigate you through your tasks, and how the interface efficiently serves up the information user’s need, the UI team is working on how all of these interface elements will appear on the screen.
