Simple Menu Button Tutorial (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)

In this tutorial, we'll be creating two kinds of menu buttons using a single HTML, CSS, and tiny piece of JavaScript! One button sits in the center of the page, but can be used just about anywhere. The other button sits in the navbar at the top of the page, and is responsive.
