Live Cold Call - Selling Web Design Services

Published
This cold call is from my friend Tony, a web designer. He cold calls to set an appointment.

The first thing Tony does is: Have a reason to call. Always have a reason to make the call!

In this case, he is calling businesses that don't have websites. Once he understands if the business owner has a desire to set up a website, then he goes for the next step: Setting a meeting.

Tony sets a meeting with the prospect (I cut off the part of the video where they decide on the location, for privacy reasons).

What do you think Tony did right or wrong on this call?
