Christopher N. Okada is a New York City based commercial real estate broker, investor, and developer. A Queens, NY native, Okada used life savings of $30,000 to fuel his Midtown Manhattan based commercial real estate brokerage firm called Okada & Company. During the financial crisis of 2009, Okada seized the opportunity to sell hundred million dollar properties at steep discounts and took the company from $0 to $1B in property sales.
