I'm John Jeffcoat. I’m the director of marketing for The Bible Museum with its online showroom at greatsite.com. We've been the world's largest dealer of rare and antique Bibles since 1987, online at greatsitedid.com since 1996. Our website was very antiquated, and it had been up there for nearly 20 years, and we transitioned to a new, modern, WordPress-enabled, database-driven, and most importantly, a mobile-friendly website about four months ago, thinking this will help us get back into favor with Google as we had unfortunately fallen out of favor with Google for reasons we did not understand. Although we loved our new website, our rankings with Google continued to fall, as did our traffic. This became an existential threat to our business. We couldn't figure out what was going on. We hired a cheap SEO person, and he didn't really perform well, just gave us some poor-quality off-topic backlinks, and I started interviewing more serious professional companies. I interviewed companies in the United States, the Philippines, and India. I settled on JDM Web Technologies as they rank very highly with the companies that rank SEO companies, and after some back and forth communication, I decided they were the way to go. Now, I’ve been working with Naveen and his team of experts at JDM for about a month. So far, we've completed almost all of the on-page portion of our SEO, and we're getting ready to move on to the off-page portion of our SEO, and I will tell you that my experience so far in this first month has been very positive and so far, I certainly can give you a reference and endorsement of JDM Web Technologies, and it's been great working with Naveen.

I do want to take a moment, though, to say that I’m particularly grateful to Naveen and his staff of experts at JDM for helping us out yesterday when we made a transition to a CDN network in order to accelerate the web loading speed of our pages to help with Google ranking and to facilitate better user interactive experience. When we did that, it crashed the website, and I asked Naveen what is going on. The website isn't even there anymore, and it says too many redirects. Naveen and his team sprang into action and in a matter of hours, they had our website back up and running, explaining to me the technical nature of what had happened, repairing over 1100 spots of code in just a few hours, and this was above and beyond what we had contracted them to do for SEO services. So, really professional people, who care about our business and want to see us as customers for a long time. We appreciate that level of generosity and professionalism, and we look forward to doing business with JDM for a long time to come. And I anticipate doing another of these endorsement videos in a few months when I can look back in hindsight and tell you that all of the SEO services have also come to fruition wonderfully.
