I Redesigned a Bike Rental UX/UI in Madrid, Spain

Hi Friends! I spent a couple of days in Madrid, Spain and loved the city - so many great, hipster coffee shops, pubs and restaurants it's mind blowing! But I couldn't be myself without looking at the UX and UI of some public space interfaces - in this case the Bici Mad Madrid Public Bike System.
I decided to first go through it and outline some of the issues, and then take a 5 minute redesign exercise to see how I could improve the design with just a couple of tweaks!
