Hi there! Happy to see you've landed on our job listing. We have a new opening to be a social media manager for Moonglow. We are an exciting, lifestyle jewelry brand located in Miami, FL. We have been in business since 2012, we sell on our website and through about 500 retail outlets including the Museum of Natural History, Vizcaya and many more great retail partners. We're looking for a social media manager that's going to bring the brand to life and who is an innovator. You'll be managing our social channels, brand partnerships, collaborations and PR. If you like working in social, PR and have an eye for branding while connecting with your audience. You'll love this role!

Social Media :
You'll be the main chef in the kitchen for everything social, but you won't be alone, we have another in house marketer and a super talented Photographer named Daniela to get incredible content for our social channels. You will be setting the social media strategy, you will be scheduling stories, posts, reels etc for all social channels (FB, IG, TikTok, Twitter
You will be responsible for working with amazing influencers to grow our brand. Influencers is a big part of our organic strategy as well as our paid strategy.
You'll be responsible for PR pitching and and celebrity gifting

Experience and a track record of of successfully running social is prefered
Excellent organizational and collaboration skills.
Understanding of strategic planning, calendaring, and balancing creative ideas with appropriate tone and mission focus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with varied audiences
Ability to present information concisely and effectively.
Recognition of varied audience needs and inclusivity messaging.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
Experience in basic graphic design, photography, and videography for digital media use.
Knowledge of current web design trends, CRO, and SEO.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of all social media platforms, including paid media restrictions and costs
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Self-motivated.
Ability to work well under tight deadlines and under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a high standard of ethics in a confidential environment.
Possess a positive, winning attitude!
Flexible with hours, some evenings and weekends required for events.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
