Fixing Blurry Product Images. I am not skilled at Child Theme integration or some of the coding that has been offered as solutions, but I can follow instructions well; and none of the instructions offered are explicit enough to get me through the steps of possible solutions. Same here, specifically on the product image in the sidebar on the product page. If you look at the source code in Chrome it superimposes a height and width of px on the image. Importing the child theme is not very difficult and you always can switch back to the settings you have now.

I have looked at my tutorials tp fixed this but it still does not work. Can someone please help me fix blurry image on WordPress site? The images are blurry regardless of the size when i changed it using the inspect element and regerernate the thumbnails. The image are not blurry when upload. It is sharp. It has to do with the settings and I am not be able to get it right. It may just be a scaling issue.

If you move the camera as you took your product image, unless the camera has incredible automatic stabilization, the shake from the camera will make your final image blurry. Found up the old camera that your parents gave you to take images with on a family vacation as a kid? Old cameras and devices are generally low resolution — some even with no autofocus! Leaving the resulting picture quality will be poor. While you could head to Google and try and find the best Photoshop tutorials, nothing can fix low resolution. If you uploaded great-looking product shots to WooCommerce but then they suddenly became blurry, the issue almost always has to do with your thumbnail settings.
Is there something that I need to add to the current theme css to have it recognize the image settings? You can set the image dimensions in your functions. If you have blurry images, you will have to set the exact image size in WooCommerce Settings Products Display. After you have done that you will need to regenerate the thumbnails using a plugin like Regenerate Thumbnails. Find out more or adjust your settings.
