Woocommerce checkout events

I have a website where you can buy tickets for some event. When i test the buying of tickets when logged into the website, everything works. When i test the buying of tickets as guest not logged in , only Credit Card payments work. The order is correctly added to Woocommerce orders but still waiting for payment to complete. When i look at the order details in the woocommerce dashboard i see that the email address is empty.
