It is true that I found some unfinished parts from the first day but overall it is a plugin that does its job. I collected all the errors I discovered and I sent them to those who sell this plugin. The team of programmers was very receptive and helped me solve all the problems. From what i noticed they don't pay much attention to this plugin because they have many other ongoing projects but if you ask them for help you will get it and at the end you will have a good and functional plugin.
If you are a beginner, you don't have time to fix the issues by contacting the programers and you need to use fast the plugin it is not for you. For programmers I recommend them to introduce the possibility to calculate the price according to the formula that contains parameters width, length, text height and other variables. After testing several product designers I picked this one because the front end is so easy to use and understand for the end customer. I bought the pro version. Once the basic framework was working the customization was a breeze.
Support: When I had problems I wasn't given generic answers or stuck talking to a chatbot the team actually worked with me to solve my issue in a timely manner. Nevertheless, my experience with support was really great! One star is too much for them. Playing around waste your time and money. Stay away. I have 5 days purchased their plugin.
All bugs and it's not developed properly. I asked for some solutions but the support has auto-responses, and based on the preview reviews I believed they will go nowhere with this and I will waste my time. I asked for a full refund as this plugin doesn't fit my needs. They have it clear in Terms and conditions that they will full refund in first 16 days.
But no They refused the refund. Stay away Wasted a lot of time on this. It started off well but it became clear that its riddled with bugs and has never been properly tested. Doesn't work on a mobile phone.
Had to wait a week for it to be 'fixed' and sadly it wasn't. Still didn't work on tablets and it was so clunky you had to keep reloading it to display bounding boxes. Wasted money. Now switched to a totally different one and it works a treat. Please do follow the reviews. I wish I had. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and it was sadly as mistake. I wasted almost a year of work on this plugin. The support may as well not reply at all.
They are rude, slow, and the very few times they do solve a problem, another appears immediately. Every single aspect of the plugin has bugs and issues. It is clear the creators have no experience of the world of merchandise design and customisation let alone how to make a working plugin. The support even argues with you saying that there's no issue, whilst sending you new versions to download! They also frequently asked for access to my wordpress login name and password.
Luckily I always refused. I created hundreds of configurations, which was literally months of tedious work, and it was all a complete waste.
