I have already changed quite some things now, but I am struggling with the menu. I want to appear that the upper part the header with image and the lower part are divided by the menu, which should have the same background color as the rest of the site.

I thought to do it by changing the background color of my menu to my full background, but I have run into a problem: a white border. My first thought was to increase the width of the menu, which worked on the right side of the border the white part would be overlapped by my menu , but not on the left. How could I change this?
